Instant Connection: Follow prompts to search for your external bank institution within Plaid's interface and authenticate the connection.
Manual Connection: Input routing and account numbers associated with your external bank account to establish a direct link.
Connecting to a Business Account
You can also link a business bank account using the same process described above. However, there is an important requirement to ensure the connection is successful.
The name that appears on your Currence Reservoir must match an authorized owner or authorized signer on the business bank account you are attempting to connect. This verification helps ensure that only properly authorized individuals can link and move funds between accounts.
If your name is not listed as an authorized owner or signer on the business account, the connection may fail. If this occurs, please confirm your authorization status with your bank or have the business administrator add you as an authorized user before attempting to link the account again.
