What happens to a Currence Reservoir in the case of death?

Typically, the account becomes part of the deceased owner's estate and settled accordingly. The probate process varies per state. The bank account may be frozen during the probate process.

A death certificate or other documentation in accordance with state law is required to close the account. Upon account closure, a check can be issued and deposited by the designated account executor.

Currently, Currence does not have the ability to add a beneficiary or a transfer on death designee.
