My application was denied, is there a way to re-apply?

Yes, denied applications can be re-reviewed by the team. If you are having trouble getting your application approved, please contact the Support team through the Connect panel in your app or by emailing us at member@livecurrence.com to learn more about why your application was denied. Some applications do have the ability to be re-reviewed for approval. However, please note that applications will not be overridden if there are high fraud concerns.

There are various reasons why your application could be denied. For example, there could be discrepancies involving your:

  • SSN

  • Name

  • Date of Birth

  • Fraud Risk Evaluation

  • Device Warning Evaluation (device presents fraud risk)

Denied applicants may be requested to submit additional documentation for application review.

Sole Proprietorship Application Denial

Due to Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) requirements, we are unable to share the specific questions or responses that lead to the denial decision. However, some sole proprietorship applications are denied when responses suggest the business may not be operating within the United States.

If You Believe This Was an Error...

If your business is operating within the U.S., at our discretion, we can remove your previous denied application so you can reapply. Contact our Support at member@livecurrence.com or through the Connect panel in your app to learn more about why your application was denied.

Once the denied application is removed, you will need to a new invitation through your Strategist so that you may complete a new application using the same login credentials.

When reapplying, ensure you review your responses carefully—especially questions related to U.S. business ties and countries of operation.
