Tax Forms

Questions about receiving a tax form for the year? Check here!

Updated yesterday

Since interest is earned on the Reservoir, you might need a 1099-INT form (or 1042-S form for non-resident aliens) to complete your annual tax returns.

You will receive a 1099-INT if you receive $10 or more in interest for the calendar year.

1099-INTs will be made available from within your Currence app in the Profile under Statements & Documents prior to the tax deadline. If you are a joint account holder, the 1099-INT will be made available to the primary joint account holder only. This is whoever opened the Reservoir account first.

If you closed your account and received more than $10 in interest for the calendar year, you will receive your 1099-INT via the mail. The form will be sent to the last known address, if this has changed since your account was closed, please contact Support at member@livecurrence.com as soon as possible.
